Additional storeys

The move to halt the use of concrete as a construction material, the scarcity of building land, and prices that are rising sharply are all factors forcing us to make better use of available sites. Steel frame construction not only allows us to unlock a site's full potential, but also to increase the available surface area within existing buildings. The lightweight structure of the steel elements means that steel frame construction is ideal for adding storeys on top of existing buildings – including commercial buildings, apartments and houses – whether they have flat or pitched roofs.
